We are less than a 3-minute walk to the beach and less than a 10-minute walk to shops, restaurants, and bars. We are close enough that you can enjoy the convenience but far enough away that you cannot hear any noise. The perfect spot!
The building is a 4-plex, with 4 very private apartments. Each apartment has it’s own balcony or terrace. The owners live on the top floor should you need any assistance.
There is lots of free on street parking right in front of the house.
